Jeni made gumbo for dinner and boy was it good! I remember when we first moved out to Iowa she made a big batch of gumbo for all of our neighbors and had a big dinner, and we had to have two batches, one normal (spicy) and the other mild for their blander palates.

The other day she made tuna noodle casserole. Try saying that fast.
