Treadmill
Stop the presses! I actually exercised like I said I wanted to. I did a 20 minute program on the treadmill and followed it with push ups and crunches and a little low back work. Now I just have to make sure this isn't just a Sunday thing. I'm currently reading the Body For Life book trying to get a plan. It's not that I don't like my weight so much as I don't like where it is on me.
