Cool picture of the sky after Mount St. Helens' eruption in 1980. This picture is from The Seattle Times. This is clouds of dust over Richland, Wa. after the eruption. As a kid, I had a Ziploc of ash from Mount St. Helens, but I don't think it survived the move from New Orleans to New Jersey.
