Ruby Tuesday feedback

I ran out of characters so here's my full feedback. I hope I caught all the auto correct issues.

"So many issues. For starters, we had to get our own silverware because I couldn't find our waitress to request some (after she took our food order and brought our drinks while we were at the Garden Bar. She should have recognized that there was no silverware.). My wife got a refill of tea that tasted like dirty dish water. When she got the attention of a different waitress (our waitress was MIA) the manager checked on us and made sure her tea was satisfactory. After nearly 30 minutes after placing our order our waitress stopped by our table to tell my wife that they were out of baked potatoes and took an alternate order. She brought our food (my wife's veggie trio and my mini burger sliders) and said she'd bring the third part of my wife's order when it was ready. The problem is the rest of our food must have been waiting under a heat lamp waiting for our waitress to let us know about the potato so my wife's asparagus was overcooked, dried out and inedible, and my burger buns were rock hard. We again couldn't find our waitress so we flagged down another waitress to get her. When she came over we sent the food back to be fixed. She apologized and took it back. We asked for some biscuits while we waited but they never came. Once our food arrived I had to ask for ketchup twice (shouldn't it be a given that you bring ketchup with fries?) and ended up requesting pickles since my sliders didn't come with the fried pickles mentioned on the menu. After we ate our meal we had to get a waiter who was cleaning to bring us our bill (we asked for him to get our waitress but he brought it). They brought us the bill for the neighboring table which we sent back. Eventually our waitress came back by after my wife went to the hostess to get the manager (we had waited another 10 minutes at this point), along with the other couple at the table next to us who had the right bill but no one ever came to take their payment. Our waitress brought us the other table's bill again, then eventually our right bill. At this point the manager checked on us and did offer to cover or meal, but we don't complain to get free meals, we point out issues so they can be resolved if we return again. Other issues: the Garden Bar was not being replenished. It was missing mushrooms, shredded cheese, sunflowers, croutons, and the broccoli was down to small florets. The temperature was too cold, about 65, not helped by us being directly under a vent."

A few run on sentences fueled by aggravation and trying to write on a tablet in a small text field, but you get the point. This might be the first time we have not left any tip at all in a sit down restaurant. I appreciate the manager offering to cover or meal, but that wasn't our point. There were issues that needed to be addressed systemically and won't be fixed if he didn't know. But it will be a long time before we return to this restaurant.
